Trader's pitch fee must be paid to confirm your attendance at the festival no later than 15th December 2025. Failure to complete in this time will result in your acceptance withdrawal.

This is the fee for a 4m x 4m pitch including guide ropes. (3m x 3m tent included)

Pitch fee includes up to 2 traders per stall and a pitch for tent camping only. 

The pitch incudes a pre-pitched canvas tent that is 3m x 3m. The pitch fee is £200 and the tent rental is £200.  no furniture is included.

You can decorate the tent and make it your own, but you cannot pierce the canvas, write on the canvas or pin anything into the canvas. You can choose to hang things from the loops built in but nothing that will cause damage to the canvas. You will be shown how to tie up the tent securely and general care when you are shown to your stall.

You can purchase access for extra traders separately. Power is not included by default. If you require connection to a power source for your stall, please get in touch for an upgrade.

You will be allocated a space where we deem appropriate based on your pitch size, items and power requirement.

You will not be able to park behind your stall or camp behind your stall. 

You must set up on Thursday the 23th of July 2026 and can't leave before Monday the 27th of July 2026. FRIDAY SET UP IS NOT PERMITTED

You cannot dismantle your display on Sunday evening or before.

This applies even if you completely sell out. Failure to comply with this will result in being banned from trading at Valhalla in the future. Failure to arrive on Thursday will result in your not being able to trade without the right to a refund. 

You must provide insurance documents valid for the festival period to be able to trade. If the insurance documents submitted with your application expire prior to the event you must submit valid insurance documentation in advance of the festival. If you do not provide documentation, the right to trade will be withdrawn.

Extra trader wristbands are available for purchase at an extra cost. Pitch fees only include 2 traders. Extra trader wristbands are £50 each and can be purchased here: https://valhallavikingfestival.co.uk/products/extra-trader-wristbands

If purchasing power access a power point will be brought to your area but it is up to you to supply any power extensions you may need.

You will have to clean your space and leave it as you found it. If any rubbish is left in your area or surroundings such as cigarette buts, rubbish, rubbish bags you will not be invited back in 2027.

You cannot combine multiple businesses per trading pitch. 1 business per pitch.

You cannot advertise other businesses on your stall. You are welcome to advertise other events you attend on your stall.

TRADER PARKING. There will be an area allocated for trader parking. No one is allowed to park behind their stall. 1 parking space per business. If you are sleeping in a van/campervan then you are welcome to use your parking spot for this. If you are bringing more than 1 van/campervan then you will need to purchase a spot on the campsite for the extra one which is £85 and can be found on the tickets page of the website. 

 Staying in your trading tent? That is fine. If you are camping inside your trading tent you are welcome to stay there. You may not camp behind your tent.
