Festival Tickets
Valhalla Viking Festival does not issue physical or digital tickets.
When your order is completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acts as proof of purchase.
Please check your inbox and spam folder after placing your order.
To collect your wristband at the festival, you may be asked to provide:

Your order number

The name on the order

Valid photo ID
For security reasons, the attendee name on the order must match the person collecting the wristband.
To help reduce unnecessary waste, we do not require attendees to print their order confirmation. You can simply make a note of your order number or check your phone for the order number.
Merchandise Orders
Valhalla merchandise is produced to order through our fulfilment partners.
Most merchandise orders are produced and dispatched within 10–20 working days.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered by Royal Mail or another suitable delivery partner.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Sustainability
We aim to minimise unnecessary waste wherever possible so we operate a check in process instead of a ticketing one and we encourage attendees not to print order confirmations unless required. Simply make a note of your order number or check your device for your number and bring ID.
Where possible, our merchandise packaging is recyclable or reusable. Please recycle or reuse packaging responsibly after receiving your order.
