1. About Us

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Valhalla Viking Festival website and the purchase of tickets, merchandise and other products or services offered through the website.

The website is operated by Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd ("Valhalla", "we", "our" or "us").

By using this website or purchasing any product, ticket or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on this website.

2. Festival Tickets

2.1 Ticket Purchases

All festival tickets are sold subject to availability.

A completed order confirmation constitutes proof of purchase.

Tickets remain the property of Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd until entry to the event.

2.2 Ticket Holder Information

The name on the ticket must match the person attending the festival.

To help prevent fraudulent ticket sales and protect attendees from scams, ID may be requested when collecting wristbands or entering restricted areas.

Failure to provide acceptable identification may result in refusal of entry.

2.3 Wristbands

All attendees must wear their wristband at all times while on site.

Wristbands:

Must not be removed
Must not be altered
Must not be damaged
Must not be transferred to another person

Any wristband that has been removed, altered, damaged or transferred may be considered invalid.

3. Ticket Resale Policy

Tickets are non-transferable between private individuals.

If you can no longer attend, you may apply to join the official Valhalla resale list.

Where a ticket successfully resells through the official Valhalla Viking Festival website:

The ticket may be reissued to a new attendee
The original purchaser may be eligible for a refund
Refunds are only issued when a ticket successfully resells

Joining the resale list does not guarantee a refund.

Tickets purchased from social media sellers, private individuals, unofficial ticket exchanges or third-party websites may be refused.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd reserves the right to make changes to:

Artists
Performers
Activities
Workshops
Traders
Entertainment
Schedules
Timetables
Site layouts

without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

No refund will be issued solely because a particular artist, performer, trader, workshop or activity is unavailable.

In the event of cancellation, postponement or significant changes, any refund arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders at the time.

Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd is not responsible for travel, accommodation, camping equipment or any other costs incurred by attendees.

5. Merchandise Orders

5.1 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.

Colours may vary slightly between website images and the final product due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

5.2 Made-To-Order Merchandise

Most Valhalla merchandise is produced specifically to order using print-on-demand services.

As these items are made specifically for each customer:

Returns are not accepted for change of mind
Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection
Returns are not accepted because an item is no longer wanted

Please check sizing information carefully before placing your order.

5.3 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Replacement, repair or refund options may be offered where appropriate.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors.

If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

7. Delivery

Physical products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal services
Couriers
Customs processes
Severe weather
Industrial action
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Additional delivery charges may apply where items are returned due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

8. Photography & Videography

Photography, videography, livestreaming and media recording take place throughout Valhalla Viking Festival.

By entering the festival site, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video recordings, livestreams and other media captured during the event.

These images and recordings may be used by Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd, authorised photographers, videographers, media partners and sponsors for:

Marketing
Social media
Website content
Future festival promotion
Press coverage
Editorial content
Historical archives

without compensation.

If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of the festival team.

9. Commercial Photography & Content Creation

Commercial photography, filming, livestreaming or content creation for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd.

This includes content intended for:

Commercial publication
Advertising
Professional portfolios
Commercial documentaries
Monetised channels
Promotional campaigns
Stock media libraries

Unauthorised commercial filming, photography, livestreaming or promotional activity may be prohibited.

Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd reserves the right to stop or restrict any recording activity that is considered unsafe, disruptive or contrary to the interests of the festival.

Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd reserves the right to require the removal of content, revoke permissions, refuse future access, or take appropriate legal action where commercial use has taken place without permission.

10. Site Rules

All attendees, traders, performers, staff, volunteers and contractors must comply with the published Site Rules.

Failure to comply with Site Rules may result in:

Refusal of entry
Removal from the festival site
Cancellation of tickets
Removal from future events

without refund.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following may result in immediate removal from the festival without refund:

Harassment, discrimination or bullying
Threatening or violent behaviour
Deliberate damage to the venue
Theft
Unauthorised trading
Unauthorised commercial promotion
Unauthorised drone operation
Possession of prohibited weapons
Bringing outside alcohol onto the main festival site
Behaviour that places others at risk

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valhalla Viking Festival Ltd shall not be liable for:

Loss of property
Damage to personal belongings
Travel costs
Accommodation costs
Indirect or consequential losses

Attendance at the festival is at the attendee's own risk.

Visitors remain responsible for their own safety, belongings and conduct at all times.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the website and purchasing products or tickets, you agree to the processing of your information in accordance with that policy.
