If you want to participate more and bring something amazing to the festival content, you are on the right page.
We are always looking to build a richer, more immersive festival experience with activities, workshops, talks, demonstrations, entertainment and hands-on experiences.
Help Shape The Festival
We will be putting together a full programme of activities and entertainment, but Valhalla is at its best when members of the community bring their own skills, stories and ideas to the field.
If you can bring something that makes the festival better for everyone, we would love to hear from you.
To make the most of our limited budget, we rely on people like you to participate, volunteer and help shape what Valhalla becomes.
What Can You Offer?
Workshops
Craft workshops, skills sessions, hands-on learning, making, carving, forging, weaving or anything that gives people something memorable to try.
Talks & Demos
Historical talks, spiritual or cultural discussions, demonstrations, storytelling, craft displays or educational sessions.
Entertainment
Performances, roaming entertainment, immersive experiences, games, rituals, ceremonies or anything that adds to the atmosphere.
Paid Or Free Activities
If you are a craftsperson and would like to run a workshop, let us know and we will do our best to find you the space and put you on the schedule.
If you want to offer something for free, that is wonderful. If you want to charge attendees a fair price for taking part in something cool, that is welcome too.
