Festival Tickets

All Valhalla Viking Festival tickets are non-refundable from the moment of purchase (except through the Resale option as outlined below) and non-transferable between individuals.

Please ensure you are able to attend before purchasing your ticket.

Ticket Resale Policy

Tickets are non-transferable between individuals. This protects guests from fraudulent ticket sales and ensures the name on the order matches the person collecting the wristband.

If you can no longer attend, you may join the official Valhalla resale list.

If your ticket successfully resells through the official Valhalla Viking Festival website:

The ticket may be reissued to the new attendee
The original purchaser may receive a refund
Refunds are only available if the ticket successfully resells

The resale list only becomes active when normal tickets have sold out.

Joining the resale list does not guarantee a refund.

Tickets purchased privately from another person, social media seller, ticket reseller or third party will not be accepted.

Photo ID is required when collecting wristbands. If the name on the order does not match the attendee, entry will be refused.

Merchandise Returns & Refunds

All Valhalla clothing and merchandise is produced to order specifically for each customer using a print-on-demand service.

As these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

You change your mind
You order the wrong size
You no longer want the item
You decide you no longer require the item after production has started

Please check sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Product colours may vary slightly from those displayed on screen.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

This does not affect your statutory rights.

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be offered.
