Refund policy

Tickets are non-refundable from the day of purchase. 

Please consider this before purchasing. Once purchased all sales are final. You have 14 days to make changes to names if you need to.

Ticket Resale Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable from the moment of purchase

  • If you can no longer attend, you may apply to join the official resale list (only active once standard tickets are sold out)

  • If your ticket resells, you will receive a refund. If it does not resell, no refund will be issued. The process is automatic. If you do not receive a refund notification it's because the tickets have not resold.

  • Tickets can only be resold through the official festival website – third-party resales are not permitted. ID will need to be presented for wristband collections. If your name is not on the ticket, you will not be able to get in.
