Important: This is 1-to-1 childcare. One booking is for one family only with max of 4 children, over 3 years of age.
As the festival evening begins, Valhalla Evening Childcare gives parents the chance to enjoy the music, food, traders, performances, workshops, and atmosphere of the festival while their child is cared for by an experienced, fully vetted childcare professional.
This personal evening childcare takes place at your own family camping space, allowing your child or children to remain in familiar surroundings while you enjoy the festival.
It is a calm, reassuring option for families who would like support during the evening session, knowing their young Viking is safe, comfortable, and cared for nearby.

Spaces are limited and advance booking is strongly recommended.
Meeting Your Caregiver
At the start of your session, please meet your childcare professional at the Little Vikings Adventure Village.
Please see the Festival Map in the image gallery for the meeting location.
After meeting your caregiver, your family will walk with them to your camping space so you can introduce them to your child, show them the space, and explain anything they need to know for the session.
T&Cs
You must hold a valid Festival ticket for the day you are booking. You cannot attend or book any experiences without a ticket that gains you entrance to the festival on the given day. The fee is only for the childcare session itself.
Child/Children mist be over 3.
This is a 1-to-1 childcare service. 1 childcare professional for a family with 1 to 4 children. One booking covers one child only. If you require care for more than one child, each child will need a separate booking.
Evening childcare takes place at your own family camping space. Please ensure your camp location can be clearly identified and that you meet your caregiver at the Little Vikings Adventure Village at the start of your session.
What the caregiver does with your child during the session will depend on your child's needs, routine, interests, and the resources available within your family's camping space.
CocoRio will have your name and order details. You will not receive a separate ticket for this childcare session; you simply need to check in as instructed before the start of your booking.
Please return promptly at the end of your booked session.
