If you're not sure what they are, here's a little info in advance for them:
🌿 Swedish Massage
Perfect if your goal is to relax and unwind. Using long, flowing strokes and gentle to moderate pressure, this treatment helps ease stress, improve circulation, and leave you feeling calm, refreshed, and re-energised.
💆 Deep Tissue Massage
Designed for those carrying stubborn muscle tension, stiffness, or aches. Using slower, firmer techniques, this treatment focuses on deeper layers of muscle to release tightness and improve mobility.
Not sure which to choose? Don't worry — you decide on the type of massage on the day, so Lucia can discuss your needs before your appointment and help you choose the right treatment.
Each appointment lasts 30 minutes, allowing time to comfortably settle onto and off the treatment table, giving approximately 25–28 minutes of hands-on massage.

Your Therapist
Your treatment will be provided by Lucia, a fully qualified Level 3 Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage Therapist with over a decade of professional experience, having practiced since 2013. She is currently furthering her expertise through training in osteopathy, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to every treatment.
Important Information & Cost
Appointment Length: 30 minutes
Hands-on Massage Time: Approximately 25–28 minutes
Deep Tissue Massage: £40 (£5 deposit now, £35 due on the day)
Swedish Massage: £35 (£5 deposit now, £30 due on the day)
Advance booking is highly recommended as appointments are limited.
T&Cs
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time so that later appointments are not affected.
You must hold a valid Festival ticket for the day of your booking. This experience does not include admission to Valhalla Viking Festival.
Your therapist will have your booking details when you arrive. No separate activity ticket is required.
Please wear comfortable clothing and advise your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries or concerns before your treatment begins.
