Made-to-order items, cancellations and returns
All our T-shirts are printed to order. Please check the size guide, colour and order details carefully before purchasing.
For non-personalised T-shirts purchased online, you may cancel from the time you place your order until 14 days after the day you receive it. Please contact us to notify us of your cancellation, then return the item within a further 14 days.
You are responsible for return postage when returning an item because you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size. You may try the T-shirt on as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by additional wear, washing or damage.
We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy under your statutory rights. We cover reasonable return postage for these items.
