2026 Camping Early Arrival (Thursday)

Important Before You Book

• One ticket admits one person.
• Two people require two Early Arrival upgrades.
• Children under 12 receive free Thursday access when accompanied by a paying adult.
• You must hold a valid Weekend Festival Ticket to use this upgrade.
• This ticket does not grant festival admission on its own.
• Your campsite is matched to your weekend ticket. if you book a different campsite to the one you booked for the weekend, you'll be directed to the campsite you booked for the weekend

Thursday Arrival Times

Thursday Evening

• The bars will be open on Thursday evening.
• Thursday Trivia Night starts at 20:00.
• This is a relaxed evening for early campers to settle in before the main festival opens on Friday.
• The full festival programme begins at 10:00 on Friday.

What Early Arrival Includes

• Access to the campsite on Thursday evening.
• Extra time to set up camp before the festival begins.
• A more relaxed arrival experience.
• The opportunity to avoid the main Friday arrival queues.
• Access to Thursday evening bars and Trivia Night.

Campsite Access

• No vehicles are permitted on the campsites.
• You may not drive to the campsite to unload equipment.
• Please be prepared to carry your equipment from the car park.
• The walk from the car park to the campsite is approximately 5–10 minutes.

Quiet / Family Campsite

• No amplified music after 22:00.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
• If you wish to continue socialising late into the evening, please move to the Main Campsite.
• Respecting the quiet campsite helps us maintain good relationships with the venue and neighbouring properties.

Important Vehicle Information

• Standard parking is for the vehicle type selected when booking.
• Campervans, caravans and motorhomes require the correct vehicle upgrade.
• If you arrive with a larger vehicle than the one booked, space may not be available.
• No refunds will be issued if you arrive with the wrong vehicle type.
