Camping Early Arrival (Thursday)

Important Before You Book

• One Thursday Early Arrival Upgrade admits one person.
• If two adults or guests aged 12 or over are arriving on Thursday, you will need two Early Arrival Upgrades.
• Children under 12 receive free Thursday access when accompanied by an adult holding a valid Early Arrival Upgrade.
• You must also hold a valid Weekend Camping Ticket to use this upgrade.
• This upgrade does not grant festival admission or weekend camping access on its own.
• Your Thursday campsite must match the campsite selected on your Weekend Camping Ticket.
• If you select a different campsite when purchasing this upgrade, you will still be directed to the campsite booked with your Weekend Camping Ticket.

Thursday Arrival Times

Thursday Evening

• The bars will be open on Thursday evening.
• Thursday Trivia Night starts at 20:00.
• Thursday is a relaxed evening for early campers to settle in before the main festival opens.
• The full festival programme begins at 10:00 on Friday 30 July 2027.

What Early Arrival Includes

• Access to your booked campsite on Thursday evening.
• Camping on the night of Thursday 29 July 2027.
• Extra time to set up camp before the festival begins.
• A more relaxed arrival and check-in experience.
• The opportunity to avoid the main Friday arrival queues.
• Access to the Thursday evening bars and Trivia Night.

Check-In Information

Check-in works like a hotel reservation. We do not issue physical or digital tickets.

• Bring your order confirmation number.
• Bring valid photo ID.
• The name on the order must match the person collecting the wristband.
• Please make sure your email address and attendee details are correct when purchasing.
• You may be asked to provide the order details for both your Weekend Camping Ticket and your Thursday Early Arrival Upgrade.

Campsite Access

• No vehicles are permitted on the tent campsites.
• You may not drive onto the campsite to unload your equipment.
• Please be prepared to carry your equipment from the car park to your campsite.
• The walk from the car park to the campsite is approximately 5–10 minutes.

Quiet / Family Campsite

• No amplified music is permitted after 22:00.
• Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00.
• If you wish to continue socialising late into the evening, please move to the Main Campsite.
• Respecting the Quiet / Family Campsite helps us maintain good relationships with the venue and neighbouring properties.

Important Vehicle Information

• Parking is not included with this upgrade and must be booked separately.
• Standard parking is only valid for the vehicle type selected when booking.
• Campervans, caravans and motorhomes require the correct vehicle and camping upgrade.
• If you arrive with a larger or different vehicle type than the one booked, space may not be available.
• No refund will be issued if you cannot be accommodated because you arrived with the wrong vehicle type.
