Trader's pitch fee must be paid to confirm your attendance at the festival no later than 10 days after your invitation to do so. Failure to complete in this time may result in another trader being accepted.

Pitch fee includes up to 3 adult traders per stall. Children may accompany. Please discuss if this is the case. Camping only in tent on site is included.

You must provide the insurance documents to be able to trade and complete the info form for requirements.

Traders can set up on Thursday the 28th of July 2022 and cannot leave site until Monday the 1st of August. You cannot set up on the Friday or leave on the Sunday. If these do not agree with you, please notify us so we can withdraw your invitation to attend. The address is Dummer Down Farm, Basingstoke, RG25 2AR and directions can be found on the Find Us page under info.  This applies even if you run out of food. Absolutely no movement or dismantling on site while attendees are still on site. Your furniture, van and tents must fit within the 10m depth. You are welcome to camp on the campsite if you'd like.

You must be open at least 11:00 to 20:00 every day but please note some of the busiest times were around 8pm in 2021.

Please select the correct option from the drop down menu depending on whether you require a connection to electricity or not. If you are struggling with this, please get in touch.

Fresh water taps will be available nearby, but as a standard we will not be providing a water connection to your stand. If you absolutely require this, then please contact us to discuss this before paying your pitch fee.

If booking power we will bring the power cables to your area, but you are responsible for your own extension leads as needed.
