What does Crowdfunding mean?
Crowdfunding is a way of raising money to do something (In this case put on a festival) by pre-selling tickets with amazing special offers. The only way we will be able to make this festival as amazing as our vision for it is if we sell enough tickets.
If we don't sell enough tickets, then everyone will be refunded and the festival wont happen. We're so excited about making this happen, so if you are interested in coming along, please subscribe to the mailing list and buy a ticket when they are available. Also, tell your Heathen friends!
Special Offers?
Because we will be so grateful to the people who buy tickets during our crowdfunding campaigns, there will be some amazing discounts and freebies with these tickets.
Discounted tickets will be very limited, so to find out when they are available and get your hands on them first, join our mailing list at the bottom of the page.
We will have Early Bird and Super Early Bird tickets that will be available, as well as full price tickets with freebies, such as drinking horns and festival T-Shirts.
What's Included?
There will be a lot going on, so I'm sure you're wondering what's included in the ticket price.
A ticket will give you weekend access. The event will be going on from Friday to Sunday, but you can set up camp Friday morning and pack up on Monday morning. (If you're interested in volunteering you can show up on Thursday evening, but you'll be roped into helping!)
Your ticket will get you a seat in our Mead Hall all three nights of the festival, and includes food and drink during the great feasts which will last 3-4 hours, outside of the feast times you will be able to purchase drinks from the bar normally. Just take a seat at our long tables along side hundreds of other Vikings and Heathens and let the food, mead, ale and more come to you as we line the tables and fill your horns.
The entertainment that will be going on around you will be included in the ticket price, this will involve music, story tellers, fire dancers, Viking games, animal displays and more. Some activities like archery, workshops, axe throwing will cost extra.
If you've got any questions, just use the contact form to get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.
