FRIDAY SET UP IS NOT PERMITTED\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou cannot dismantle your display on Sunday evening or before.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis applies even if you completely sell out. Failure to comply with this will result in being banned from trading at Valhalla in the future. Failure to arrive on Thursday will result in your not being able to trade without the right to a refund. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou must provide insurance documents valid for the festival period to be able to trade. If the insurance documents submitted with your application expire prior to the event you must submit valid insurance documentation in advance of the festival. If you do not provide documentation, the right to trade will be withdrawn.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eExtra trader wristbands are available for purchase at an extra cost. Pitch fees only include 4 traders. If any rubbish is left in your area or surroundings such as cigarette buts, rubbish, rubbish bags you will not be invited back in 2027.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou cannot combine multiple businesses per trading pitch. 1 business per pitch.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYou cannot advertise other businesses on your stall.
