
Trader's pitch fee must be paid to confirm your attendance at the festival no later than 30th April 2025. Failure to complete in this time will result in your acceptance withdrawal.
This is the fee for food vendors only.
Pitch fee includes up to 4 traders per stall and a pitch for tent camping only.
You can purchase access for extra traders separately. Power is not included by default. If you require connection to a power source for your stall, make sure to select the correct option from the drop down menu.
If you applied for a smaller size than you need, you may not be able to trade due to space limitations.
The pitch size booked must be able to include your guide ropes and any other space in front of behind your tent you wish to use.
There are no zones in 2025. You will be allocated a space where we deem appropriate based on your pitch size, items and power requirement.
You will no longer be able to park behind your stall or camp behind your stall anywhere on site.
You must set up on Thursday the 25th of July 2025 and can't leave before Monday the 28th of July 2025. FRIDAY SET UP IS NOT PERMITTED
You cannot dismantle your display on Sunday evening or before.
This applies even if you completely sell out. Failure to comply with this will result in being banned from trading at Valhalla in the future. Failure to arrive on Thursday will result in your not being able to trade without the right to a refund.
You must provide insurance documents valid for the festival period to be able to trade. If the insurance documents submitted with your application expire prior to the event you must submit valid insurance documentation in advance of the festival. If you do not provide documentation, the right to trade will be withdrawn.
Extra trader wristbands are available for purchase at an extra cost. Pitch fees only include 4 traders. Extra trader wristbands are £50 each and can be purchased here: https://valhallavikingfestival.co.uk/products/extra-trader-wristbands
If purchasing power access a power point will be brought to your area but it is up to you to supply any power extensions you may need.
You will have to clean your space and leave it as you found it. If any rubbish is left in your area or surroundings such as cigarette buts, rubbish, rubbish bags you will not be invited back in 2026.
You cannot combine multiple businesses per trading pitch. 1 business per pitch.
You cannot advertise other businesses on your stall. You are welcome to advertise other events on your stall.
TRADER PARKING. There will be an area allocated for trader parking. No one is allowed to park behind their stall. 1 parking space per business. If you are sleeping in a van/campervan then you are welcome to use your parking spot for this. If you are bringing more than 1 van/campervan then you will need to purchase a spot on the campsite for the extra one which is £79 and can be found on the tickets page of the website.
Staying in your trading tent? That is fine. If you are camping inside your trading tent you are welcome to stay there. You may not camp behind your tent.
If booking power we will bring the power cables to your area, but you are responsible for your own extension leads as needed.
By purchasing a pitch you agree to conform to all site rules and trader T&Cs.
